Still Lost Without You
In the silence of the night,
When all the world is still,
I search for answers in the dark,
A void I cannot fill.
The days feel long, the nights so cold,
Without you by my side,
I’m lost within this endless ache,
No place for me to hide.
I wonder where it all went wrong,
The love we used to share,
Now I’m left with empty arms,
And memories everywhere.
The future seems uncertain,
A path I cannot see,
But deep inside, I know somehow,
I’ll find a way to be.
For though the pain is heavy,
And tears may often fall,
I’ll gather strength from deep within,
And rise above it all.
Yet in the quiet moments,
When shadows start to creep,
I feel the weight of sorrow,
And silently I weep.
The dreams we built together,
Now scattered in the wind,
A love that felt eternal,
Now lost, it seems, and thinned.
But even in this darkness,
A spark of hope remains,
For hearts can heal from heartache,
And find their way again.
So though I walk this lonely road,
With heartache as my guide,
I’ll carry on with courage,
And face the world with pride.
For love, though it may falter,
And leave us feeling torn,
Can teach us strength and wisdom,
And help us be reborn.
